Devotchka - How it ends

This single was already on the Little Miss Sunshine's soundtrack and you might also have heard it recently as it is currently being used on the Gears of War 2 TV commercial. Already a classic.

Just jack - Writer's block

Ok, we already talked about the Birmingham-based band Just Jack on the blog. And Ok, Writer's block was on their album Overtones, released over a year and a half ago.
But hey, i heard the song again in a bar in Paris a few weeks ago, and my friend, that's a bloody good track.

Fleet Foxes, White Winter Hymnal

I totally fell in love with Fleet Foxes. I had the chance to see their performance as support band of MGMT in Paris last November.

They are a 5-member band from Seattle and their music reminds us of folk from the 60s. They are incredible on-stage performers and always make the most of their vocal ability to create something between them and the audience. I have not been able to get their LP Fleet Foxes out of my mind since then.
